Liver in Japanese
300 g liver
1 glass rice
2 glass water
1/2 glass green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
vegetable fat
a little flour
soy sauce (you can substitute herbs)
1 glass canned mandarins
1-2 or fresh mandarin
salt, red pepper
Boil the rice. Extinguish peas and mix with rice, add the soy sauce and put in a warm place. Liver sprinkle with salt and red pepper, roll in flour and fry on both sides in a very hot oil and sprinkle with soy sauce. Tangerines and lightly fried and put on top of the rice and liver.
