Ingredients:

500 g veal

300 g pork



1 green onions - beam

1/2 glass figure

1 glass yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

30-40 PCs the grape leaves or cabbage

100 g butter or vegetable oil - 1/2 Cup

parsley, mint, wig, pepper, salt - to taste

Onion chop and fry in butter, adding a little water, then stir in paprika and set aside. Add chopped meat, rice, pepper, mint and chopped parsley. Pour all of the hot, salted water and simmer until then, until the rice will absorb all the water. Rinse the leaves in hot salted water and put it on every teaspoon of the prepared filling. Turn the cabbage and put in pan. Add 3/2 cups of water and a teaspoon of fat. Simmer on low heat with the lid closed.

Yogurt lightly whisk, add the softened butter, sprinkle with paprika. Serve the sauce with the cabbage. Stuff this way you can not only leaves, but sweet pepper, eggplant or zucchini.
