Spaghetti with pork
350 g spaghetti
2 tablespoons pork fat
1 onion
100 g pork
400 g tomatoes, peeled from the skin
100 g grated cheese
Cook spaghetti in large amount of boiling salted water. Drain the water, put the spaghetti in a large dish and do not let it to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt the lard and fry it carefully onions. Cut pork in thin strips and fry. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and put into a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the spaghetti sauce and serve immediately. Cheese served separately.
