Traditional cranberry juice
500 g cranberry
1 glass sugar
1/2 l water - 1
Cranberries grind in a blender or mash with a wooden pestle. Pour 1 Cup of water, stir, then squeeze the juice through a sieve or strain through cheesecloth, folded into several layers. Add cranberry juice sugar, pour the remaining water and bring to a boil. Cool.
