1 PCs duck or chicken
4-5 onion - heads
4-5 PCs egg
salt
ground pepper
Duck or chicken cut into portions and simmer on low heat until the selection sochka. Add sliced onion rings. When all the liquid has evaporated, pour in the water so that it covered the duck, and simmer until tender. At the end of the fighting season with salt and pepper, pour in the beaten eggs and remove from heat. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
