Beans, baked with almonds
Ingredients:
160 g beans
40 g raisins
60 g almonds
salt and herbs to taste
The beans soak in cold water overnight.
Drain, pour beans with fresh water and cook until tender, then wipe.
Almonds finely chop. Stir the beans with almonds and raisins, salt, put in greased tins and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 �C.
When serving, decorate the pie with slices of lemon and herbs.
