1 kg cabbage
100 g mayonnaise

Cabbage divide into florets and place in a pan, add a little water 1/3 cup vegetable oil and a little, cover and boil for some time to the floor ready to simmer. Add a little salt. Then, when the water has boiled away, and already the cabbage is almost ready (to prevent what would otherwise turn it collapsed porridge), add mayonnaise, mix well and add the vegetable oil. Fry for 2 minutes on a good heat, then reduce the flame and add the raw eggs, mix everything quickly, then you need to add vegetable oil and cook over high heat until golden brown. Add salt to taste full. Serve and can be hot and cold. Very tasty! All the cooking time will take 10-20 minutes depending on the amount of cabbage.
