  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, black pepper, bay leaf and other spices to taste.

Shinkuem cabbage thinly, put in a saucepan and pour two glasses of water. Add the bell pepper, a little vegetable oil. Mix well, put the stew on low heat. You can cover immediately, but you can first give a boil, to erode the peculiar smell of cabbage. Total cabbage stew should be 40 minutes.
