Salad "Magic"
300 g fish fillets
2 pcs. potato
1 pcs. beet
2 pcs. oranges
200 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
For the marinade:
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 lemon juice
2 green onions - pen
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
1.File fish wash, pour 400 g of boiling water, add? tsp. salt over high heat, bring water to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook the fish at low boil for 12-15 minutes. Fish cool in the broth, then remove, dry and chop kusochkami.2. For the marinade, mix vegetable oil with vinegar, finely chopped green onions and chopped parsley. Pour the marinade over the fish and let stand 30 minutes.
3. Potatoes in the skin, rinse, cover with cold water so that the water is completely covered potatoes, add 1 tsp. Salt. Bring water to a boil over high heat, then turn down the flame and cook at low boil the potatoes under the lid until ready. To check availability, pierce potatoes with a fork, if they are soft - potatoes are ready. Potatoes out onto a plate, cool, then peel the potato from the skin and grate.
4. Beets rinse thoroughly, cover with cold water so that the water is completely covered her. Bring water to a boil over high heat, then turn down the flame and cook beets at low boil under the lid for 40 minutes. Then, immediately reload in a cup of cold water, refrigerate. Beets, remove, dry and peel, grate.
5. Oranges wash, peel and white fibers, then carefully cut slices of membranes. Cut each slice into 3 parts.
6. In salad bowl stacked layers, each layer of lubricating mayonnaise, potato half, then half of the beets, oranges, fish fillets. Top with remaining potatoes, beets then. Sprinkle salad with chopped green onions.
