300 g fish fillets

200 g mayonnaise

2 orange

2 Potato

1 beet



To prepare the marinade:

1 lemon (juice)

2 pen green onions

2 Art. l. chopped parsley

1 Art. l. vegetable oil

Rinse fish fillets, pour boiling water 0,4l, add 0.5 tsp salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and cook the fish 12-15 minutes at low boil, then fish should cool in the broth, then it must be dry and cut into cubes.

Preparation of the marinade: Combine vinegar and vegetable oil, chopped parsley and green onions, pour marinade over the fish and leave for half an hour.

Potatoes, not scraping, boil until cooked in water with 1 tsp salt. Cooled potato peel and grate.

Boil the beets until tender (about 40 minutes at a low boil), immediately put in cold water, allow to cool, remove, dry, peel and grate.

Cut each slice of orange, purified from membranes into 3 parts.
