Chicken Tabaka
1 pcs. chicken
1 h. l. sour cream
20 g melted butter
1-2 Garlic - cloves
50 g ketchup sauce
salt, spicy greens
Carcass wash, cut the breast, chicken, expand, while making an incision on the inside of the spine, slightly repel, giving a flat shape, rub with garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Before frying grease the inside of the sour cream and put on a heated pan with the fat back up, put the lid-press. When the inside of the chicken browns well, brush the back of sour cream, turn it down, put the press and cook until tender.
Ready to put a chicken dish and complete greenery. Separately post salty and spicy ketchup.
