Shawarma "Chicken Tabaka"
2 chicken drumsticks
2 handfuls of shredded cabbage
1 cucumber
1 small carrot
1-2 sprigs of dill
1 clove of garlic
1 little pickle
1 Armenian lavash

Separate the chicken meat from the bones, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with seasoning for chicken tobacco, pour the olive oil and leave to marinate.
For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and grated on a fine grater pickled cucumber, add the chopped dill, passed through a press garlic, pepper and mustard.
Brown the meat in a frying pan until cooked.
One-third of lavash grease prepared sauce, put the chopped or grated carrots, chicken, sliced tomato and cucumber, pour ketchup, close all tight roll.
