Swiss fondue

700 g hard cheese

400 ml dry white wine

20 ml cherry vodka

10-20 g rice or maize flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

600 g bread, cut into pieces of 3-4 cm

Grate the garlic inside fireproof dish. Halit wine and bring it to a boil on the stove. Do not remove from heat add the grated cheese and stir to dissolve it in the wine.
