Swiss fondue
700 g hard cheese
400 ml dry white wine
20 ml cherry vodka
10-20 g rice or maize flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
600 g bread, cut into pieces of 3-4 cm
Grate the garlic inside fireproof dish. Halit wine and bring it to a boil on the stove. Do not remove from heat add the grated cheese and stir to dissolve it in the wine. Pour in the vodka pounded flour. Stirring, add pepper and nutmeg. Fondue eating, spitted on a fork slice of bread and dipping it in melted cheese.
