Eggs Sicilian
4 eggs
20 g butter
120 g Eggplant
60 g tomato sauce
50 g cheese
Peeled eggplant cut into slices and fry in butter, put in a pan, greased, sprinkled with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then pour the eggs, again sprinkle with cheese and bake in the Ovens.
