Wafer rolls
150 g butter or margarine
150 g sugar
4 pcs. eggs
50 g potato starch
150 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
0.5 glass water or milk
Softened butter, whisk the sugar, then, continuing to whisk, add one egg yolks, mixing in starch, flour and water. Whisk the egg whites in a solid foam and add to batter, stirring gently. The dough will not thick (like yogurt). Bake wafer rolls immediately. Preheat waffle iron well, go to the middle and the bottom half, pour a teaspoon of dough. Close, easy to press and bake for about 1 minute. Baking time is determined by the color of the wafer (wafer rolls should be light brown, gold). Ready wafers gently remove with a waffle iron (spatula or knife) and hot (be careful, but very fast) immediately displace into the tube. Hardened tubes gently shifted to the dish. When wafer rolls have cooled, they can be filled with any cream.
