Cake waffle with cream "Vanilla"
600 ml milk/water

400 g flour
150 g sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. oil
salt, soda
Cream:
500 ml milk
2 egg yolk
5 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
vanilla/vanilla
Beat the egg yolk with salt, sugar, and soda, add 50 ml of milk/water, not stopping to whisk add the remaining liquid, after 5-7 min should form a fluffy foam.
Beating with a mixer on medium speed to enter parts of flour, again knead for 7-10 minutes, at the end add the oil.
To prepare from the test wafer.
For the cream, beat the yolks and sugar.
100 ml of milk to dissolve the flour, add to beaten the yolks, pour the rest of the milk, bring all to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally, remove from heat, let cool slightly.
