Waffles Flemish
1.25 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 glass milk
15 g yeast
3 eggs
lemon
salt
The oil was triturated with sugar, add eggs, flour and diluted in a small quantity of warm milk yeast. Pour in the remaining milk, seasoned with salt and lemon juice. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place. When it is suitable, baked waffles, sprinkled with a special form of pre-vanilla sugar. * Serve with vanilla sauce.
