20 g yeast
1 glass milk
1 egg
2 yolk
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons butter
salt
From flour, yeast and warm milk knead the dough, lightly sprinkled it with flour/cover and leave to rise in a warm place. Then add the egg, salt, sugar and butter.
The dough is intensively stirred and left for an hour to rise again. Then place it in a greased form and put into a hot oven for 45 minutes.
