Stuffed leeks meat and rice
Ingredients:
500 g meat
100 g figure
100 g onion
200 g carrots
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Onion peel and finely chop. Carrots wash, peel, chop on a coarse grater, saut in vegetable oil with onions. Meat wash and mince. Wash rice, boil until soft, drain in a sieve. Mix the ground beef with passerovannye vegetables and rice, salt and pepper to taste.
