Cabbage is by Herzegovinian
Ingredients:
600 g a mixture of veal and pork meat
750 g cabbage (fresh young)
1 PCs onion
1 garlic - prong
3 tbsp. figure
400 ml sour cream
vegetable oil
pepper, salt - to taste
Young cabbage washed, put into boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes, remove and cool. Cut the thick veins. In the meat put chopped onion and garlic, washed rice, salt and pepper, stir. On cabbage leaves to put a little meat, make small cabbage, put in a pan, in which pre-poured vegetable oil. Cover with water and cook over medium heat, shaking from time to time. If necessary, add a little warm water or broth. At the end of the cooking water should almost all boil over. Together with stuffed apply the cream in a separate bowl.
