Hot fish sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 loaf - slices
230 g canned mackerel in oil
2 pcs. boiled egg
40 g hard cheese
1/2 onions - head
2 glass mayonnaise - spoon
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
2 Garlic - cloves
parsley
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Canned fish mince, add finely chopped eggs, half the rate of grated cheese, finely chop the garlic, onion and herbs. All season with mayonnaise and mix.
Put the weight of loaf into slices, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated 180 � C oven for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange greens.
