Sandwiches with Parmesan cheese and garlic
200 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
3 cloves garlic
1 baton
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. shallots
ground black pepper
salt
The garlic put through a press, mix with chopped onions, parsley, pepper and salt, add grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter, mix well.
Cut the loaf in half lengthwise, brush with cooked weight of each half, bake sandwiches with Parmesan cheese and garlic in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 5-7 minutes
