Mushroom ragout with tomatoes
Required Products:
1 kg mushrooms
3 pcs. tomatoes
250 g ham
3 pcs. onion
50 g butter

1 h. l. thyme
4 Art. l. wheat flour
3 Art. l. chopped parsley
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Mushrooms halved or quartered. Tomatoes cut into four parts. Ham cut into large cubes.
Chop the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and greens, season with thyme, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the flour, put ham, stir and simmer another 7-10 minutes.
