→ Milk soup with cabbage and tomatoes

Required products:

2 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show

1 glass the natural yogurt

200 g sauerkraut

1 onion - head

2 PCs tomatoes

2 tbsp. butter

1/2 glass vegetable broth

1 tbsp. wheat flour

1 PCs Cayenne pepper

salt

1. Onion cut into thin strips, warm up with dobovlyaemogo and oil, add the pod of hot pepper, chopped cabbage and propuskaite 10-15 minutes. Place the tomatoes, cut into thin wedges.

2. Flour dry, preventing color changes slightly

cool and mix it with milk, bring to a boil.

3. In formula put stewed vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Before serving, season the soup with yoghurt, mixed

with finely chopped parsley and dill.
