1 kg champignons

2-3 onions

100 g mayonnaise

This recipe could easily become your signature dish.

First we need to prepare the mushrooms, removing the caps from the legs and the dark walls of the clean teaspoon. The resulting head - will be our tins filling.

Now prepare the filling. Finely chopped legs fry in sunflower oil until evaporated liquid, then add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Remove from the heat, waiting for when cool.
