60 solid grated cheese

50 g butter

12 large mushrooms

2 cloves of garlic

2 Art. l. chopped green onions

1 Art. l. chopped thyme leaves

Remove mushrooms caps with tape, cut off the legs.

Rub the butter with through chesnokodavku garlic.

Lubricate garlic butter mushroom caps and fry them on the barbecue on each side for 2 minutes.

Before serving, mushrooms barbecue picnic sprinkled with a mixture of thyme, cheese and onion, then fried another 3 minutes, served hot.
