Baked mushrooms
100 g hats ceps
4 Art. l. balsamic vinegar
3 Art. l. finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 Art. l. olive oil
Prepare a marinade of oil, vinegar, onions and garlic pounded. Place mushroom caps on a plate "wrong side" up, pour the marinade and leave for an hour. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. You can pre-grated cheese sprinkled the cap.
