4 boiled eggs
2 Art. l. grated hard cheese
2 Art. l. butter

Finely chop the eggs and combine them with green onion, wine, butter and grated cheese, pepper and salt and mix well.
Fill mushroom caps egg mixture, lay them on a baking sheet, greased, bake for 10 minutes.
Before serving, decorate with greens appetizer, arrange fresh vegetables.
