Layered salad with mushrooms
Required Products:
sea bass or
cod or
300 g pollock - fillets
4 pcs. carrot
2 onions - head
300 g small mushrooms
4 pcs. egg
4 Art. l. sunflower oil
3-4 Tabasco sauce - drops
250 g mayonnaise

Fish fillets, boil in salted water for 10-12 minutes, finely chop.
Carrots grate, saut in part heated oil, add Tabasco sauce.
Finely chop the onion, saut in part oil until golden brown.
Mushrooms Boil 3 minutes in salted water, separate the legs from the hats. Feet finely chop, fry in oil part.
Hard-boiled eggs clean, chop. All products cool.
Put the prepared foods in a salad bowl layers, each layer of lubricating mayonnaise.
Place the salad in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours for impregnation.
Cap mushrooms lightly fry in hot oil remaining. Refrigerate.
Before serving, cover the entire surface of the lettuce mushroom caps.
