Carefully remove the stipe without damaging the cap.

Finely chop the onion, chop the mushrooms legs, fry the onion in butter for 3 minutes, add the legs, pepper and salt and fry for about 5 minutes, then add the breadcrumbs, stir fry for 1 minute, add the chopped herbs, mix well.
Put the prepared stuffing in the cap, sprinkle mushrooms with oil.
