Chicken leg stuffed with mushrooms and cabbages
4 PCs chicken legs
400 g mushrooms
60 g cabbage
50 g ham
80 g cheese
1 onion - head

4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. wheat flour

With legs to remove the leather grip, the pulp is separated from the bones and chop.
For the stuffing shred the cabbage and fry in butter with finely chopped mushrooms, ham, chicken meat and onions, allow to cool, then combine with grated cheese.
The skin to fill the stuffing to give it the shape of a leg, chopping skewers, soak in beaten egg, breaded in flour and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
When serving, garnish with fresh or pickled vegetables.
