The legs Unscrew the skin and cut off the inside of the bone together with pulp. The pulp is removed from the bone and passed twice through a meat grinder.
In the ground mass add egg whites and beat to increase by 2-3 times, gradually pouring in the cream. Salt and carefully inserted chopped mushrooms and nutmeg. The skin from the drumsticks stuffed, connect edges, paneer in flour, dipped in lesane
and paneer crumbs. Fry in deep fat until Golden brown, then heated in the oven for 15 minutes.
Served with boiled broccoli or cauliflower, fresh vegetables.
