Fried shrimp in Korean
4 ( servings)
800 g shrimp
100 g green onions
5 garlic cloves
5 g soy sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 g salted sesame seeds
Shrimp clean, large - cut in half. Garlic and onion peel, chop. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion, and then the shrimp. Fry for 4-5 minutes on high heat, stirring occasionally, adding soy sauce and garlic. Before the end of cooking, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
