Snack cakes in Italian
1-1,25 glass water
1/3 glass vegetable oil
1-1.5 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
4 eggs
100 g small pieces of pepperoni (salami)
100 g grated cheese (Parmesan or pecorino romano)
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
1/8 h. l. garlic powder
1/8 h. l. ground black pepper
Grease two large baking sheet. In a large saucepan, combine the water and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil, add the flour all at once, mix thoroughly. Cook the dough with constant stirring until thick. Remove from heat, cool for 10 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each egg batter. At the end, add the slices of pepperoni, cheese, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
Prepared on a sheet of lined gorochkami dough with a spoon. Bake at 230C for 15-17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.
