Watermelon sorbet
A perfect dish for a hot day
? large watermelon without seeds
? Cup sugar
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
? teaspoon salt
In a blender grind the watermelon puree. Should have 4 cups of liquid.
Strain into a large bowl the juice of watermelon and add sugar, lemon juice and salt - stir until then, until the sugar has dissolved, put into the refrigerator overnight.
The next day the hot spoon to cut the balls.
Serve raw or with a drop of raspberry or lemon liqueur and candied mint leaves.
