Baked polenta with mushrooms
Ingredients:
250-300 g white mushrooms
1 onions - head
2 Garlic - cloves
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
500 g mushroom soup
500 g milk

50 g butter
1/2 glass corn flour - 1
80 g thick cream
1 pcs. yolk
40 g grated hard cheese
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Onions and garlic, finely diced fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes, place the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Boil mushroom soup with milk, butter and salt. Stirring, enter cornmeal and cook until thick. Remove from heat and cool with stirring for 10 minutes. Enter the first cream, whipped with egg yolk, then mushrooms and onions, season with pepper.
Put the hominy in a greased form, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 240 � C until golden brown.
