Vegetable casserole with pork
Ingredients:
500 g broccoli
4 pcs. tomatoes
2 onions - head
1 garlic - clove
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
5 Art. l. butter
200 g smoked pork
4 pcs. egg
1 glass low-fat cream
1 Art. l. mustard ready
75 g grated cheese
1 glass wheat flour

ground black pepper, salt to taste
Knead the dough from flour, salt, butter, 4 tablespoons of cold water and put 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Broccoli divide into florets and boil for 4 minutes. Then fold in a colander.
Tomatoes cut in half. Chop the onion and garlic and saute. Add broccoli and diced pork.
Mix the eggs with the cream, mustard, finely chopped herbs and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Form brush with butter and place the rolled dough. Spread on top of the vegetables and egg-cream mixture. Bake in a preheated 160 � C oven for 30 minutes.
