Italian pate
Required Products:
500 g pig liver
100 g pork - pulp
700 g speck
1/2 onions - head
20 g marinated sardines washed
2 h. l. salt
ground allspice - to taste
1 pcs. egg
50 g milk

Liver Cleanse from films, slice and blanch in boiling water.
Prepared liver cool and mince with a fine grid with pork lard and half the norm. The resulting stuffing mix, mash with chopped onions and sardines, spices, dilute with milk, add the flour and beaten egg.
Form lay thin slices of bacon, minced fill that cover the slices of bacon. Bake pie in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Ready pie cool, remove from the mold, cut into portions. Serve with pickled vegetables and herbs.
