Meat mince, salt, pepper, add 3 eggs and beat the stuffing. SPLIT minced meat balls on (one serving) .Bitochki soak in a mixture of melted butter, flour, milk and remaining eggs. Fry the patties in vegetable oil until golden brown. Bring to a readiness under the hood or in the oven.
When serving pour melted butter burgers, fried onion garnish and sprinkle with red currant berries.
