The gherkins
What you need:
2,5 kg gherkins
25 g grain mustard
20 dill - umbrellas
For the marinade:
1 kg sugar
50 g salt
150 g water
3/4 glass vinegar 24%
For the marinade water bring to boil, add salt and sugar, let it cool, pour in the vinegar.
Pickles put in jars, shifting grains of mustard and dill, pour the marinade and close. Soak banks 12 hours at room temperature, then place in a cool place.
