Jelly oatmeal "Estonian"
300 g Hercules
25 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 l water
1 tbsp. sugar
salt
Pour the oatmeal in warm water for 12 hours to leave in a warm place, then strain, squeeze.
Add to liquid sugar and salt, stirring, boil until thick consistency.
Before serving the pudding oatmeal in Estonian add oil, pour it in a bowl and cool, serve with milk.
