Apple compote with pumpkin
300 g pumpkin
2 PCs apples are sour
50 g dried fruits (prunes, raisins or dried apricots)
1/2 glass sugar
5 glass water
Pour the dried fruit with a glass of water. Stir in the sugar, bring the juice to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the remaining hot water, thin sliced pumpkin and apples. Cook for another 5-10 minutes (until soft dried fruit).
Cool.
