Compote of apples and pumpkins
300 g pumpkin
2 sour Apple
50 g dried fruits (raisins, prunes or dried apricots)
0,5 glass sugar
5 glass water
Pour the dried fruit with a glass of water. Add sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add another 4 cups of hot water, chopped apples and pumpkin. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the fruits are soft). Refrigerated.
