Strawberry compote
500 g strawberry
1 glass sugar - 3/4
1/2 glass Water - 2
1 h. l. brandy (optional)
120 g whipped cream
vanilla - on the tip of a knife
Of sugar and water syrup cook, chill.
Enumerated and washed berries sprinkle with brandy, pour syrup, allow to stand for at least 30 minutes and serve with whipped cream, having issued mint leaves.
