"Pockets" stuffed with mushrooms and turkey
The recipe is a four servings
g Knead the dough from flour four hundred

two tablespoons of vegetable oil
warm water
Leave it on for thirty minutes, then divide into two parts, roll out to a thickness of one millimeter. Mark out on one of the beds large quadrangles a four by five inches.
Chop two hundred grams of turkey meat, one clove of garlic, one hundred grams of ham, one carrot, one hundred grams of mushrooms, one onion - shallots and one stalk of green onion.
Put out in two tablespoons of melted butter. Season. Put one teaspoon of the filling in the squares. Top cover with a second sheet of dough.
Cook "pockets" in salted water for twenty-five minutes. When they emerge, remove with a slotted spoon from the water. Let the liquid drain. Serve with tomato sauce or sage leaves, greased with butter and grated Parmesan.
