"Pie-bun" with beef

Dough:

100 g ghee

3 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 glass water

3 egg yolks

Filling:

1.5 kg beef

2 onions

ground black pepper

salt

In a glass of hot water to dissolve salt, then add the flour and knead the dough by adding at the end of mixing yolks, roll out the dough with a thin layer of folded several times, each time with lubricating oil, then again, roll the dough thin pancake.

Coarsely chop the onion and beef and fry until golden brown, pepper and salt, finely chopped meat, bake it in the oven until cooked.

Share on dough resulting stuffing, giving the cake a round shape, bake "pie-bun" in the beef until golden brown in the oven.
