Meat Cake

900 g ground beef

400 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

250 g margarine

250 g grated cheese

200 g mayonnaise

2 glass finely chopped onion

0.5 glass zucchini, diced

1 egg

4 Art. l. butter

2 Art. l. ketchup

black and red pepper

salt

Dough made from flour, mayonnaise, margarine and the salt, roll it in a circular shape, baked in an oven at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Onion and zucchini fry in oil until golden brown, add the mince and fry until cooked all, pepper and salt, add ketchup.

The meat mixture is put on the hot dough.

Cottage cheese with egg combine, mix, add red pepper, put the mixture evenly on the meat.

Roast beef cake in the oven for half an hour.
