Aubergine cutlets
50 g cottage cheese or Adyghe cheese
1 eggplant
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. thin oatmeal
black pepper
salt
Slice the eggplant in small cubes, add the cheese, egg and oat flakes, pepper and salt.
From the resulting ground meat molded patties.
Fry the aubergine cutlets on both sides in vegetable oil.
