100 g lean pork

100 g beef

100 g Veal

For the sauce:

1 glass broth

2 tablespoons oils

1 tablespoons flour

2 tsp raisins

1 tsp sugar

Rinse and dry the meat, along with fish and potatoes 2 times twist in a meat grinder, then stir fried with chopped onion, to drive the egg, pour the milk, season with spices and stir until smooth stuffing.

Molded from cooked minced steak, fry them in oil on a strongly heated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

For the sauce, add the sugar in a small saucepan, melt in the fire, and prepare the caramel, then pour in the broth and vinegar, put raisins, boil the sauce.

On 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan fry the flour, then mix with the sauce before serving add the rest of the oil.
