Meatballs with croutons in creamy sauce
For meatballs:
150 g meat
40 g bread
0,25 glass milk or water
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 glass broth or water
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. mustard dining room
For croutons:
200 g bread wheat
1 tbsp. butter
Bread cut into small cubes and fry in butter. Meat skip twice through a meat grinder together with the soaked and wrung out bread. Add salt, pepper, milk or water. A lot knead and knock. Molded patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides, put in a skillet or frying pan, pour sour cream sauce and bring to a boil. When serving, sprinkle with croutons.
Sauce. Fry flour in butter, stirring occasionally add small amounts of broth or water, bring to boil, add sour cream, salt, mustard and again bring to a boil.
